Know what your rollout will cost.

Priced from what the service does: the photos you send, how dense the shelves are and how fast you need results.

What a rollout costs

Recurring

Monthly service

Set from measured demand and the response times you choose, not a flat licence.

  • Photo volume and pack density
  • A service tier for each result
  • Plan, campaign and deployment scope

One-time

Setup

Catalogue, stores, plans and team, scoped to your range and quoted once.

  • Product catalogue preparation
  • Plans, POSM targets and sales cycles
  • Store structure and team configuration

To begin

Pilot scope

One category, a sample of stores, measures and cost agreed first.

  • Defined category and store sample
  • Agreed measures and service tiers
  • Responsibilities and cost agreed up front

What drives the monthly price

The price follows measurable demand.

Photo volume

Accepted photos per month, single and stitched.

Pack density

Products per photo. A dense pharmacy shelf takes more work.

Store visit result tier

5 to 15 minutes from accepted photos. Faster tiers reserve capacity.

Full category result tier

8 hours to 30 days to the final category result.

Plan and campaign scope

Active plan items, planograms, POSM targets and the complexity of your sales cycles.

Deployment model

Your own infrastructure, dedicated servers operated by Pharos, or approved cloud capacity.

How service levels are measured

A service level is only useful if both sides count it the same way.

  • The clock starts when a usable photo is accepted into a visit with its client, plan and service tier resolved.
  • Image-quality rejections, missing scope and rework you request are recorded separately from processing time.
  • Start, finish, queue wait and processing time are recorded for both results, with the result state, service tier and any fallback.

What each result contains

A statement you can check

Each month's statement makes the cost of the service explainable, to your team and to ours.

What you committed to, against what was delivered, with any extras shown apart.
